Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines carefully.
Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Sale items
- Custom orders (including made-to-order or personalized items)
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
- To request a return, please contact us at junieclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and approval.
Return Shipping & Fees
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, a $8 restocking/relocation fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you paid for shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item quickly, we recommend:
- Submitting a return request for the original item.
- Placing a new order for the desired size or item.
This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
